Do NOT eat the Flower!

5 Point Plan Healthy Breakfast: 
In a large bowl place the following:
i)   half a shredded wheat (yum yum) ahem.
ii)  2 tablespoons All-bran or similar. ahem.
iii) a small banana (chopped).
iv) one other fruit (chopped).
v)  topped with 2 large tablespoons of Onken low-fat SET yoghurt (in pale blue container).

This breakfast will fill you up and you won't need snacks throughout the morning.
