Am not in a position to sew for the time being, so have resorted to my sketch book and an old hobby - drawing - using soft pastels . . . Very satisfying, but messy!

These are very good. I have to confess that drawing is not something that I have ever been able to do, (except with a sewing machine!), probably the result of being taught art in school by a male who would not have survived CRB checks these days!
Ooh Maggi!! I had a wonderful Art teacher, she was ancient but very wild, in thoughts and dress, pity is she couldn't teach me to draw though. I did have a go but these sketches of yours Babs are fantastic, I could live with those threads in a very smart plain frame......hint hint hint
