Thanks Cath. Things pretty grim at this end to be honest. Am cook bottlewasher and nurse.Trying to cheer myself up with OTT use of colour.

Thanks again. Babs xx

This is brilliant Babs, very Linda Straw, I did a class with her yonks ago, what a clever lady, and very down to earth. I learnt so much from her, but could never get my faces right, yours is just great.
Sorry to hear things are not too good your end Babs, keep your chin up, we are all thinking of you.

Yes, spent 3 days with Linda in 1994 as shown on pic. Very informative - and a shock to the system for some women on the course - especially if one didn't have a Bernina sewing machine. Linda is a colourful character who I admire tremendously and who has been much copied.

Dear Babs,
Things have been a little busy here and didn't get a chance to really check your blogsite until this morning. Beautiful! Beautiful!
There is just so much talent displayed on there! It is definitely eye candy. Glad to be back visiting you. You and your friend have been very much in my thoughts.
Love,
Ruby
